Refund Policy.

• If your product is damaged or if you receive an incorrect / incomplete product, then call our customer service on (+92) 300-94-2233-8 to log a replacement request within 24 hours of delivery. This item is eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available with the same seller. If the same item is not available from the same seller, a refund will be issued.

• All Products are delivered after lab test, and return will be accepted if product have technical fault like communication, configuration and Memory base or specification are not as per your demand.

• In case of any confusion of product quality/functionality , Our technical expert will assure you about product functionality but for complete operation/configuration additional charges will be added.

• Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

• This product is not eligible for a replacement if the product is “no longer needed”. “No longer needed” means that you no longer have a use for the product / you have changed your mind about the purchase.May return after deduction from min 25% to 50% but it will be on behalf of vendor/seller not applicable on all products.

• All Products are delivered after Lab test, product will not be accepted if burn due to under/over voltage, wrong connection or mis use of technical specification.
